Description
A 2.5-12.5x42 AccuPoint riflescope with a tritium and fibre optic illuminated green triangle post reticle, for hunters who need a wide magnification range in a compact, light scope.
The Trijicon AccuPoint 2.5-12.5x42 combines a wide magnification range with a 42mm objective that keeps weight down and gives a lower mounting profile.
Its green triangle post reticle sits in the second focal plane and is illuminated by fibre optics and tritium; an illumination dial controls the brightness of the aiming point.
The 30mm tube is made from 6061-T6 aluminium with a matte black finish; the mount is not included.
Key features
- Battery-free illumination — The tritium and fibre optic reticle is always on and adjusts automatically to lighting conditions.
- Adjustable brightness — An illumination dial lets the shooter control the brightness of the illuminated aiming point.
- Both-eyes-open aiming — The Bindon Aiming Concept (BAC) provides a clear aiming point that draws the eye for fast engagement with both eyes open.
- Quick adjustments — Windage and elevation adjusters require no tools and move in 1/4 MOA clicks over 90 MOA of total travel.
- Easy-focus eyepiece — The diopter accommodates the shooter's individual prescription.
- Multi-coated glass — Fully multi-coated, broadband, anti-reflective glass provides good light transmission, true detail and colour.
- Rugged construction — The scope is engineered to withstand extreme conditions, tested to military standards and submersible to 10 ft. (3m).
Typical applications
- Hunting trips where total pack weight must stay within a limit.
- Fast shots at moving game using both-eyes-open aiming.
- Shooting in changing light from dawn to dusk without relying on batteries.
